Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Design and create products will take longer as the quilt fairies have to make it to your specifications. the timescale will be agreed when you order your creation. Some items may require a longer processing time. This will be mentioned in the item description.

If your item is required more urgently, please contact us first before making the order and we will endeavour to get it to you quicker.

UK DELIVERY

Small parcels (excluding quilts) are sent via Royal Mail First Class. Quilts and large orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guarenteed. Postage and packaging is priced as follows:

Small parcels = £2.00

Quilts or large orders = £8.95

EUROPE

Orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. Postage and packaging is based on the following weights:

0-0.49kg = £10.00

0.50-0.99kg = £12.50

1.00-2.00kg = £15.00

Orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. Postage and packaging is based on the following weights:
